You can configure buffs on any slots with the exception of those reserved for crafting skills and for passports.
Each Archlord buff takes a few seconds to cast (Cast time), and has a specific Cool down and Duration until it becomes available again.
Cyanobot has a single box for cooldown, and one for the cast time. There's no need to specify the duration separately, simply try a cooldown value that works best for you depending on how often you wish to cast each buff.
We found the best cooldown values to be between 100 - 200, regardless of the actual buff values in Archlord. These allow the buffs to be cast again sooner in case they were missed and keeps your character fully buffed pretty much at all times.
The configured buff slots in CyanoBot must match the placement of buffs in Archlord.
