Before you start CyanoBot in fighting mode, be sure to do the following:
| 1. | Configure the Fighter bot: |
| • | Set all weapon slots and buff slots according to their usage in Archlord. |
| • | Save your CyanoBot profile. |
| • | Configure Archlord to run in full screen (Windowed = Off), 1024 x 768 x 32 bit, Low texture, and slide the Speed vs. Quality indicator to optimize for speed. |

| • | Log on, and Load your character. Configure the internal graphical options in Archlord to disable anti-alias and optimize everything for speed. Set Gamma to mid-range value. |

| • | Replenish the HP and MP stock in your Archlord inventory. |
| • | Set the HP and MP auto-potion sliders to a position that enables comfortable Health & Mana restoration during fight. Positioning these sliders depends on what kind of potions you use (small, medium, large) compared to your total HP/MP. The optimal position should restore most of your HP/MP in one "gulp", without overflowing (reaching the top HP/MP). |
If these sliders are left at their default position (zero), the bot will refuse to run. An error message will show in the Log screen.

| • | Always select row 1 to be the current quick-slots row in Archlord! |

| • | Close all Archlord's internal windows (such as inventory, character, guild, chantra etc.) so they don't obstruct the view. |
| • | From Archlord's options, disable the acceptance of Trade offers, Party invites, and Friend invites, so the bot is not interrupted during fighting. |

| • | Bring your character to the battlefield, zoom out the view and make sure there are mobs in sight. |
| • | Wait until your character is no longer invincible! |

| • | Press the configured hot-key to enable the bot. |
| • | If the bot doesn't start fighting in 5-6 seconds, pause the bot and check the Log screen for any diagnostic or error messages. |
TIP: Press F11, then F10, and zoom out (mouse wheel) for a top view of a larger territory.
