Following is a presentation of the available Sales options. You may at any time revert to the default settings by pressing the "Restore Defaults" option.
Set the X and Y coordinates of the Store item you wish to trade (defaults are for Large Mana). The bot will click at these coordinates to buy the potions.
To find out the correct coordinates of an item you wish to trade, use the ScreenShot feature of CyanoBot to capture the game screen. Then enlarge the Cyanobot window, switch to the ScreenShot tab and right-click on the item you wish to trade. A small menu will pop up, allowing you to set that as the trade item. Click on "Sell this item" option shown in the popup menu. Cyanobot will switch back to the Trade tab and automatically fill in the item's coordinates for you.
The sale price can be fixed or dynamic. If a fixed price is used, the bot may not give best results at all times due to other players that may be selling at lower prices. If you enable the Adjust Price with Demand option, CyanoBot will adjust your price dynamically to maximize your income, based on marked demand and existing competition (inferred from statistics).
To begin, set your Start Price slightly above the Merchant's price and set the Minimum Price to the lowest price you're willing to sell for. These two prices don't have to match, i.e. Start Price can be higher than the Minimum Price.
For example, if the cost of Large Mana potions at the village Merchant is 14850, then set your Minimum Price at 16000, Start Price at 19000 and let the bot adjust the price up or down depending on how fast you sell. For extra tweaking power, the "Decrease" and "Increase" values are user definable, so users can experiment various strategies.
All dynamically adjusted prices are visible in the Log tab of CyanoBot, as well as in Archlord's Sales window, where your items are posted for sale.
Please note that automatic price adjustments will only begin to take effect after a longer period of running the bot in trading mode. Enough sales data must be gathered before the bot can perform any meaningful statistics. |
